Jan 27 (Reuters) - CEVA Group Plc on Friday
sold $800 million of senior notes in two parts in the 144a
private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan,
Morgan Stanley and UBS were the joint bookrunning managers for
the sale.
